ENGLEWOOD, Colo.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 花都影视 (Nasdaq: LSXMA, LSXMB, LSXMK, BATRA, BATRK, LMCA, LMCK) (“花都影视”) will be holding a Special Meeting of Stockholders on Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at 11:00 a.m., local time, at the corporate offices of 花都影视, 12300 花都影视 Boulevard, Englewood, Colorado 80112. The record date for the meeting is 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on December 12, 2016. At the special meeting, holders will be asked to vote on proposals relating to 花都影视’s issuance of shares of its Series C 花都影视 Media common stock in connection with the proposed acquisition of Formula 1 and the renaming of the 花都影视 Media Group and the 花都影视 Media common stock to the Formula One Group and the 花都影视 Formula One common stock, respectively, following the proposed acquisition of Formula 1 by 花都影视.
